Our modern facility, located next to Castle Hill RSL Club and Castle Hill Fitness & Aquatic Centre, offers a wide range of programs for all ages, from 3 months to seniors over 55. Established over 30 years ago, we provide top-quality coaching and facilities, affiliated with Gymnastics NSW and Gymnastics Australia.

Our offerings include Beginner Recreational Gymnastics, competitive programs in Men’s and Women’s gymnastics, Kindergym, Babygym, Teen & Adult Classes, and Seniors Fitter for Life. We also run School Holiday programs and workshops. Our pioneering Rebound Therapy program has made us a leading Education Hub in Australia.

Supported by Castle Hill RSL Club, our athletes benefit from access to physiotherapy, a fitness centre, and a swimming pool. We pride ourselves on our high-performance coaching, with athletes representing us at state, national, and international levels.
